All products sold by Cool Duck Graphics are custom-made to order.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full before production begins.
No orders will be processed until payment is received.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once production has begun.
Because all items are custom printed, all sales are final after production starts.
If there is a mistake caused by Cool Duck Graphics (incorrect print, defect, or damage), we will correct or replace the item.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all details are correct before approval, including:
- Shirt sizes
- Shirt colors
- Spelling
- Uploaded artwork or design instructions
