Refund Policy – Cool Duck Graphics
All products sold by Cool Duck Graphics are custom-made to order.
Because each item is individually printed based on customer selections and approvals, we do not offer a refund policy once production has begun.
Before Production
If there is an issue with your order (size, color, design changes), please contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes can only be made before production starts.
After Production Begins
Once printing has started, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for custom printed items.
Our Responsibility
If there is a mistake made by Cool Duck Graphics (incorrect print, defect, or damage), we will correct the issue by reprinting or replacing the item at no additional cost.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying all details including:
- Sizes
- Colors
- Spelling
- Uploaded artwork
